Father's Day Dinner

I'm so proud of myself! I made a fabulous Father's Day dinner! I don't consider myself to be culinarily gifted, and luckily my husband is, so I usually tend to be the sous chef. But today I wanted to suprise Chet with a tasty meal and I ended up suprising myself. We had salad, curry with coconut rice and homemade key lime tarts. It was great! And Chet loved it!
Happy Father's Day, Honey!

Good for you! I was kind of burned out on Sunday, as the primary sang in sacrament meeting, then I had to sing in Relief Society with the kids (an I love to see the temple variation) and do the music in Primary. Then we came home to watch the music and the spoken word. If I had known that I wouldn't be seen or hardly even heard, I wouldn't have stressed out so much about it.

So, anyway, we had pancakes for lunch (per Ryan's request), and I made a lovely chicken pot pie for dinner. Gormet? I don't think so.

I want the recipe for your curry. Do your boys like it? And key lime tarts? You have to squeeze all those TINY little limes. Wow!
