Random Thoughts Again

Things that have been floating in and out of my brain:

Some of the strangest things I've done seemed wacky and crazy/fun at the time I did them, but when I try relate those experiences to people, I come off sounding psychotic.

Mozzarella cheese and raw almonds taste good together.

More people than you think have dated morticians.

I have old friends that I don't keep in contact with very often, but I when I do finally write or call, I act like no time has passed. I wonder if that seems flippant.

I don't understand most political comics, and I will probably never try to.

Others are much more inventive with Jell-o than I am. Quoting from the box: Do Not use fresth or frozen pineappe, kiwi, gingerroot, papaya, figs or guava. Gelatin will not set.

I really think I need to write about that crazy flower shop in Nashville. Those people I worked with are just screaming to be written about.

Amber is one funny chick!

People spend waaaaayyy too much money on things they light and blow up.

I'm starting to think blogs are much like reality shows. In reality shows, you watch people living their lives because someone thinks you'll actually be interested. Isn't blogging just reading other people's thoughts because the writers think you'll actually be interested? And it's available to complete strangers, much like reality TV is available to all viewers. A bit creepy, a bit thought-provoking, a bit "Woo-Hoo, I'm famous!"

I love your blogs. They give me something to laugh about, ponder about, dream about, and sometimes just to read. I really should start a blog, but I spend WAY too much time at the computer anyway. I am sure if I get started--I won't stop. So to you, I say--keep blogging so I can keep reading, laughing, pondering and dreaming of what I may be like someday. Thanks Mich! I love you!
