I like this new art I put in my blog, and the wisdom of the saying "Don't climb a tree to look for fish." Another way this concept was explained to me is this: If you continue to put your money in a Coke machine, you will never get Pepsi, you will always get Coke.
I think sometimes I "put my money in a Coke machine" expecting that this time I will get a different result. Maybe just this once, I'll get something different. But I am dealing with a Coke machine. Expecting anything but Coke is ridiculous. I guess if I don't want Coke, I need to avoid the machine. And if I want fish, I'd better get down from the tree.

Ron's favorite way to explain this philosophy is to say "you can't order pizza at a Chinese resturaunt. It's just not on the menu." Same idea, just phrased differently. Good thought
I have another one for you. I heard this in a conference talk and I can't remember who said it.
"Some people are so busy climbing that ladder of "success", that they don't realize the ladder is leaning against the wrong wall" MOM
