Not a long letter telling all about the great things I'm doing, just a note to say you are on my mind.
The weather is lovely-wish you were here!
(Not really--if you were here I'd have to clean up and maybe feed you dinner.)

Thanks for thinking of me to send me a postcard. You are so sweet. I hope you don't get too sunburned or tired on all your adventures.
Don't put on lipstick on my account! And really, a cold drink would be plenty -- I had a late lunch.
