I love cheese. Sometimes I think I love it more than chocolate. I can't remember when I first tasted blue cheese, but it is one of my all time favorites. Even my sons have learned to love it. One of the best salads I've ever had is at Anthony's restaurant--hearts of romaine with toasted hazelnuts and crumbled blue cheese. I think I've ordered it every time we've gone to an Anthony's. I also love brie. The first time I tasted brie was on our honeymoon cruise and I have been in love with brie ever since--when baked in phyllo and covered with cranberry sauce it's divine. Tonight at a wedding reception I tried Stilton with apricots. It was quite good and I think I'd have it again. Of course I love feta--especially with tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. A good marinated mozzerella is always a treat. I was introduced to mizithra at The Old Spaghetti Factory. Because of my Dutch heritage, I love the creamier cheeses like gouda (especially good smoked!), havarti, butterkase and fontina. Mmmmmm...cheese...

Cheese!!!!!!! Nuf said in my book! Cheese is better than oxygen.
I like cheese. But, alas, I am completely in the dark on Wallace and Grommit. Guess I better go to my NetFlix list and become part of the club.
Michi, I first tasted stilton when one of my painting "students" Dorothy from England brought me some. Wow, I loved it. She would not let me share with anyone because she said only "High class" people from "Europa" would appreciate it. Alright by me, I ate it all by myself. I should have spread it out over a couple of days though because it made me ill. I will try it again when I get a chance. The first time I tasted brie was at Rina's wedding to whats his name.. Oh ya, Gary. I did like it. Friesekaas is one I probably had in Holland, but I don't remember. Love MOM
michelle, don't tell me you like stinky-feet cheese! No-
