Things I didn't find in my boys' pants pockets before they went through the wash:
RED CRAYONS!!!
Forget the WD-40 (doesn't work well at all). Cover the red smears on the inside of your dryer with toothpaste and run it on high heat for a few minutes, then wash it out with a wet towel. For the clothes, run through the wash again, without the offending crayon, with hot water and Oxyclean. Worried about shrinking your clothes? What have you got to lose--it's already covered in RED CRAYON!
Laundry saved!

You are the crayone remover guru! I wish I knew this when a brown crayon went through the dryer. Do you think it will work on old stains?
PJ, it's worth a try!
Wait till they hit high school, the red crayon turns into black pen. The inside of my dryer looks like an ink blot test!
